We are seeking an experienced watersports team leader to head their Dubai operation.
The supervisor’s role is to not only look after the operation but the team's performance. It is his/her job to make sure that the team is encouraged, motivated and equipped well enough to do their job. This position holds a lot of responsibility and attention to detail.
Being the supervisor means you have excellent attention to situations and can run a team who will constantly be tested by clients, the elements and mechanical difficulties.
Requirements for position include (not limited to)
-Fluent English (additional languages are welcomed).
-Healthy and fit.
-Desire to grow and improve.
-Necessary boat licenses (2 years’ service if company provides licenses).
-Driver’s license (light vehicle)
-Problem solving and good communication skills.
-Experience in managing a team.
-Computer literate.
-Math literate.
Job Description
-Ensuring site is run neat and tidy.
-Ensuring team has cash to buy necessary items.
-Ensuring team is equipped for the day’s operation.
-Be able to carry out all the Deck hand and Guides responsibilities.
-Transporting boats to necessary suppliers.
-Sourcing suppliers (quality overall)
