Work Duration:

Position is full time. Position duration a minimum of 2 months up to 4 months. Work schedule is 5 days per week, 40 hours per week. Schedule depends on the needs of wildlife patients/farm and is rotating and includes weekends.

Position Description:

Responsibilities will include but not limited to: feeding orphaned babies, indoor cage and outdoor enclosure cleaning, grounds maintenance such as grass cutting, digging dirt, gravel, mulch, garden care, tree trimming, weed wiping, painting, cleaning, dishes, laundry and any other jobs the farm needs done.

Wildlife we rehabilitate are:

Raccoon, fox, bat, skunk, squirrel, opossum, mink, weasel, flying squirrel, cottontail, groundhog, chipmunk, muskrat, coyote, turtles etc.

Accommodations:

We provide free of charge onsite accommodations in a shared house with volunteer interns, you will have access to kitchen, bathroom and laundry facilities. WiFi is also available. Please state on your application whether or not you would like to be considered for accommodations.

Qualifications:

At least 18 years of age

Must be dedicated and reliable.Must be able to work in a fast paced environment.
Must commit to work hours according to the needs of our wildlife patients and farm
Must be team oriented and work well with others.
