We are currently seeking a committed, passionate and inspirational individual to join our leadership team.

To be successful in this role you will have:

• Full availability and available to work a range of shifts including weekends, late nights and public holidays.

• High Standard of Personal Grooming

• Strong Cash Handling skills

• Experience in Reception, Bar, Gaming, Bar, Café and Brasserie is preferred

• Excellent communication skills

• A keen eye for detail

• At least 12 months of leadership experience, preferably within the clubs/hospitality industry

• A customer centric approach, with a passion for delivering an exceptional customer experience

• The ability to effectively manage service recovery

• The ability work under pressure and to think on your feet and manage competing demands on your time

• Current RSA & RCG competency card – essential
