During seven fleeting weeks, lifetime friendships are born, skills are honed, confidence is realized and tons of fun is part of every day. All this and more define Point O'Pines Camp for Girls, (or the "Point" for short). Point O'Pines is a residential summer camp located in the Adirondack Mountains of upstate New York. The camp population consists of approximately 300 campers, ranging in age from 7 to 15, and 150 staff.

We pay for round trip airfare, room & board, and offer a competitive salary. Many of the college students we hire use their experience at Point O'Pines to satisfy internship requirements or to gain experience in their field of study.

We seek to fill staff positions with students from many different majors and backgrounds. Seeking energetic, caring people to teach skills in Aquatics, Team Sports, Theater, Horseback Riding, Art/Ceramics, Wilderness Adventure, Fitness, Gymnastics, Tennis, Video, Dance and more. Many positions qualify for internships. We also have openings for three RN's (we pay for NY State License).

-Experience working children preferred.
-Background in Waterskiing, Wakeboarding, Swimming, Kayaking or Sailing.
-Teaching experience preferred, but not required.
-Previous experience as driving powerboats preferred, but not required.
-Proficiency in swimming and ability and ability to pass American Red Cross Lifeguard course (free certification courses in Lifeguard Training, First Aid, and CPR/AED held at POP, beginning June 9th).
