My name is Donne. I am a hard working individual and love helping others. I come from quite a big family and with that, comes patience. I love meeting and working with new people. I am confident in the work I do as a Dive Master. I enjoy teaching others, going on adventures and documenting my travels. I taught myself how to play the guitar and piano. One of the things I can't seem to avoid mentioning even though I stopped playing, to focus on my studies the last year.
According to my friends I have a great sense of humor.
I can guarantee that I am responsible, loyal, honest and reliable. I am always up for a challenge.
In 2021, I completed a 7 month long internship that resulted, in me qualifying as a PADI Dive Master, in June 2021. During the internship I learnt how: to inspect scuba gear to ensure quality function; fill compressed air cylinders; do regular vehicle restart inspection, as well as boat equipment inspections, just to name a few skills.
Diving is a passion I can not see myself stepping away from, ever. Thus to broaden my horizons as a Dive Master aspiring Instructor, I completed the STCW and deckhand course in November of 2021.

I am currently in South Africa, about to complete the Scuba Diving Instructor Development Course before the end of February 2022. I love travelling and making friendships that would last a lifetime. Therefore by April this year I see myself working on a M/Y or S/Y alongside a great crew, providing an amazing adventure for everyone aboard the vessel. I am dedicated to taking care of people and showing them the wonders of the ocean and to learn more with every passing day.
