Freedive (AIDA & Molchanovs) & Yoga (YTTC 200hr) Instructor. I also teach breathwork, flow arts, movement therapy & swimming instruction.
I have 1 and half years actual teaching experience as a Freedive Instructor at Freedive Flow, Gili Air with Oli Christian, I was about to be certified as 'Master Instructor/Wave 3 Instructor' as well but Corona happened. I have danced since I was young and have two years of Yoga teaching experience, and three of hoop dance (hula hoop).
