I’m an outdoors enthusiastic that loves to hike and to be out in the nature, being my last years working as an outdoors leader in different fields/activities.
This last summer (2020) I was leading small hiking groups in Swedish Lapland, in a place called Borgafjäll. The company that hired me is also established in the Italian Alps, more precisely in Valtournenche/Cervinia, place that I had the pleasure to visit and hike during the month of October, making me familiarized with the Italian Alps nature.
My winter season 2019/2020 was spent in Rovaniemi, Finland, working as an outdoors leader, leading groups in several activities such as northern lights hunt, snow shoeing and hiking, visits to huskies and reindeers farms, among others tours.
In the summer 2018 and 2019 I worked in Minnesota, U.S.A, as a trip leader, lifeguard and camp counselor. There I had the opportunity to lead a canoe trip in the wilderness. As a lifeguard I also lead kayak, water trampoline and fishing sessions, making me very comfortable leading groups of children/teenagers in activities.
In the winter 2018 I worked in Iceland, driving groups in the southern part of the island, showing and guiding them in the most known touristic attractions. I also worked as a logistics supporter where I was responsible for all the shopping supplies for the three houses held by the company, being this also part of the job responsibilities.
Recently I renovated my Wilderness First Aid training with NOLS; a replacement of my previous American Red Cross certificate that included lifeguarding.
