Our operation is a 25m high, guided experience, whereby guests are harnessed in, as they make their way around a series of bridges and ziplines.

As a guide you will be expected to host our guests on their tour, keeping them safe, while being informative of local history, culture and our beautiful Redwood trees. 

After safety 1st, our emphasis is on fun, for both guests and guides. We encourage guides to have some creative license on tour, to not do the same thing over and over. The only thing that is repeated is a fun, world class experience for our guests.

We will be recruiting staff from September through to November for the summer season, with positions potentially available longer term.

Successful candidates will have:

• Exceptional people skills
• A genuine enthusiasm for hosting visitors
• Be able to work as part of a close-knit team
• Good situational awareness
• Exemplary professionalism
• Be reliable and diligent

Preferred:

• Rope access/Rescue/Climbing experience
• Experience working as a Zipline/High wire guide/Instructor
• Pre-Hospital Emergency Care
• NZOIA or NZ Cert in Outdoor Pursuits
