Job Description

We are an outdoor education and experiential learning camp in Nevada City, California – and we seek skyward adventurers with a passion for inspiring children, an endless drive for play, and a zest for all things Challenge Coursey. Join us for a summer of imagination, heights, challenge, growth and awe!

We’re on the hunt for experienced challenge course facilitators and/or ACCT certified folk (CCM or Lvl 2) to lead or assist with the management of our extensive course, to coach and train staff, and to facilitate elements themselves. Not certified? No worries! We can help you with that. Wanna work the elements and have another “main” role? Sweet! Most of our staff facilitate some ropes elements, no matter their role. 

There is no one at Augusta who spends all summer working only on the Challenge Course! In the course of a normal day, staff can expect to encounter bizarre and fantastical creatures, get covered in some kind of goo, and embark upon epic quests through mystical lands born of dreams!
