Looking for watersport instructor staff to meet the following profile:

• Arranging, supervising & delivering watersports training
• Data collection daily and weekly.
• Reporting to water operations manager,
• Equipment maintenance reporting and recording 
• Asset control
• Staff training
• Introduce new programs/activities for watersports
• School program yearly tuition program
• Follow up RYA updates to staff
• Coordinate with the events and marketing team
• Knowledge of HSE
• Good communication skills
• Able to work within a diverse team and company
