We are looking for outgoing and fun-loving crew to join our team. Spend your days outdoors sharing Kauai‘s incredible Na Pali Coast with visitors! Experience is preferred but we will train the right candidate. Perks of working with us include scuba certification, fun boat trips, and room for growth within the company into PADI dive instructor and Captain positions.

Boat crew duties include engaging with customers in a friendly manner, food and beverage service, ensuring passenger safety, and assisting the Captain with maintenance and cleaning duties on the boat. Crew members must be able to lift 50 pounds, not be susceptible to motion sickness, and must be able to pass a pre-employment drug test.
