Job Description

We are a large independent company based in the North West of Cyprus. We specialise in many different aspects of the water world, including scuba diving, watersports, boat rental, yacht charter, marine servicing and RYA training courses. 

After a busy season, we’re expanding our experienced team for 2021. This is an exciting opportunity for an experienced instructor to join our large multi-activity centre. Your responsibilities will involve teaching and overseeing sailing activities and developing our established RYA training centre. We offer predominately private sailing courses, so ratios are one or two students per instructor. We also run private hourly lessons on all dinghies and catamarans, as well as hourly rentals (without instructor).  This is a hands-on position.  You’ll gain experience in all sectors of our business whilst assisting with watersports, yacht charters, powerboat rentals and marine services. We have a large fleet of self-drive powerboats, so all staff are involved in instructing customers, maintaining the boats and offering safety advice. You'll assist aboard one of our safety/rescue boats along the coastline, monitoring our operating area for all activities.  We offer a wide range of watersports, so aside from sailing and windsurf, you’ll offer instruction for rentals of paddlesports and jetskis, assist with other watersports instructors and equipment and help with customer service. You’ll also have a key input into safety procedures and training.   Preferably you will have at least two years experience as a Dinghy Instructor. Mulithull experience is ideal.We're also looking for windsurf instructors and RYA Powerboat instructors.  You must hold a car driving licence and be eligible to work in the EU.
