Title - Outdoors Pursuit Director 

We are currently seeking a Golf Course Assistant Superintendent, that will be responsible will coordinate daily operations as directed by the Golf Course Superintendent.  This includes meeting or exceeding the established standards for guest and employee satisfaction. The Assistant Superintendent is an integral part of the Maintenance Operation and functions as a key player on the team.

Key Responsibilities

•  In charge of OP activities, tours, excursions and Kids Club inside and outside the property.
• Create, modify and innovate OP operational procedures.
• Monitoring and keeping an exhaustive control of the information collected from the activities carried out.
• Monitoring and keeping an exhaustive control of the administrative functions of OP.
• Monitoring and keeping an exhaustive control of material repairs and purchase of sports equipment.
• Manage the budgets and expenses of the department.
• Serve and interact with the Members, their children and guests.
• Keep informed the rest of the OP team with the relevant information from operation for the department.
• Lead and manage the OP Operators team to maintain the proactivity and constant progress of the department.

Skills and Qualifications

1. Excellent capacity for communication and management of the Outdoor Pursuits team.
2. Public relations with members, their children and guests.
3. Capable of coordinating the OP team, it’s activities and their security.
4. Capable of organizing the daily logistics of the department, as well as special events.
5. Experience in Ocean and Land activities.
6. Experience in the animation and organization of activities for children.
7. Specialty in at least two disciplines (Instructor Certificate).
8. Security, rescue and first aid degrees (Lifeguard).
9. License to handle small boats (RYA Powerboat 2).
10. Management of the Office package and administrative experience.
