The Lodge

Our Ski Club has a proud 53 year history and is located on the corner of Stirling and Goal Post Roads, Mt Buller. Many of the original members, their children and grandchildren remain club members to this day. The lodge is mainly used by the friendly membership but is also open to the public. Many guests and school groups return year after year. The club prides itself on its friendly and social atmosphere.

The Role

The Manager is responsible for the smooth day to day operation of the lodge, including the kitchen. Preparation of meals is a large portion of this position with breakfast set up for guests in the morning and a 2 course meal provided each night. A typical day includes welcoming guests, meal planning, food ordering, cooking, rostering of guest duties, cleaning and administration duties.

The Person

The successful applicant must have a catering based background due to the food preparation. Experience in a similar role would be highly advantageous. The successful candidate has their accommodation included, full support of the management committee and a daily salary commensurate with experience.
