Exciting watersports job on offer for summer 2021 in Greece.

A luxury hotel in Greece is looking for a watersports manager and assistant to run their small watersports operation for them. Work 6 days a week, lunch provided, accommodation provided. Starting salary approx €800 a month. Higher salary if experienced. Employed directly by the hotel. Very small operation in a stunning hotel, great first step on the manager ladder or a nice gentle summer overseas for an experienced manager. Ideally RYA Senior Instructor, but it's not an RYA centre. Approx Kit: 4 Hobie cats, 8 Sups, 8 kayaks, 2 seabikes, 2 seabobs, 8 windsurf boards. Mainly just helping guests with equipment use, some beginner lessons also. Very few higher level lessons. Excellent customer service skills essential. Manager will be expected to organise maintenance, rota's and admin side of operation. Assistant will be hands on beach worker, covering the manager on their days off. You will have a team of 4 staff in total. April to October 2021.
