Job Description

We are now accepting applications for the 2022 summer season! Employment for some positions is dependent on attending and completing training in early May. Courses run June through August. Staff are typically based out of one location: Redmond, Oregon (rafting, climbing, backpacking, mountaineering) or Mazama, Washington (mountaineering, climbing, sea kayaking, canoeing).

Open positions include: Wilderness Instructors, Logistics Coordinators, Basecamp Cooks, Field Correspondent and Internships.

General Qualifications:

21 years or older (Interns must be 19+)

Motor Vehicle Report/Background clearance

Successful completion of training (from 5 to 30 days in length)

Compensation is a daily rate depending on position, room and board is provided at no cost.
