Job Description

Kitesurf season: April to October --- High season and windsurfseason: June, July, August and September
Languages: Dutch, German and English (preferably 2)

We are looking for kitesurfers AND windsurfers, highly motivated or certified instructors (fulltime/parttime). We have an internal private training for kitesurfers who want to become instructors. Our schools keywords are: Safety, Independancy and Fun!
Payment starts a 12,50€ per hour (junior) and can get up to €17,50 an hour, based on skill level and number of spoken languages. We also give good bonuses.

About us:
We have 3 spots where we teach kitesurfing, conditions vary because of the tide. We have flat and shallow spots, wave spots and little lagoons. It is windy most of the time, last year we worked almost all year round with maximum 2 weeks of no wind in total. Spots are: Neeltje Jans, Vrouwenpolder and Borssele. Our lessons are 2,5 hours each, and we teach 3 lessons per day. We have a maximum of 2 students and 1 kite per instructor. You can teach as much as you want and make a lot of money in high season. We teach with Slingshot and we use Mystic waterwear, which you can always use in your free time.

We have 1 spot we teach windsurfing (and SUP), on the Veerse Meer. This means butterflat water and a lot of places where you the water is kneedeep. For windsurfing it is always windy enough, where it can get too windy here in Zeeland and then we do teamsessions or help with kitesurf lessons (if certified to). Windsurf lessons are 1 hours each, and we teach 8 lessons per day. We have maximum 3 students per instructor, but it will be mostly 1-2 per instructor. You can teach as much as you want and make a lot of money in high season. 

Instructor policy
We offer free accomodation on a campsite in the area of Vrouwenpolder, including a bike to ride to spots, supermarket and the city. Campsite times are fun, with a lot of instructors, a lot of BBQ's, party's and mini goats to play with. Full kitchen and 'living room' with a couch to share with the rest of the instructors.
