Auckland, New Zealand Te Araroa Training Course hosted by OENZ- Outdoor Education New Zealand
This course has been created (on request) by individuals taking on the Te Araroa Walkway. Based in Auckland, we have tailored the course to cover a full river crossing training as well as useful tools around navigation and staying safe along the track.
The course is open for all who would like to come along and learn some critical skills in river crossing as well as upskill to feel confident along one of New Zealand's greatest walks.
Our instructor will be travelling from the South Island and bring with them a wealth of knowledge around local weather and terrain. Don't miss out on this unique opportunity to upskill for one of the biggest adventures of all times.
